Day 1
- You will be warmly welcome by our representative and safely accompanied to Arie Lagoon, Negombo for a relaxing night after the tiring flight. Afterwords you get ready to start your voyage here in Sri Lanka.
- Negombo is a fishing town also known as “Little Rome” which is embedded by many Catholic devotees. You are assured to kick start your experience with mouthwatering cousins and vibrant night down by the nice beach.
Day 2
- Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. It was established in 1975 by the Sri Lanka Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC).
- Dambulla cave temple also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla is a World Heritage Site. Dambulla is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 m over the surrounding plains. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area. Major attractions are spread over five caves, which contain statues and paintings.
Day 3
- The Gal Vihara is a rock temple of the Buddha situated in the ancient city Polonnaruwa. The central feature of the temple is four rock relief statues of the Buddha, which have been carved into the face of a large granite gneiss rock.
- Statue of Parakramabahu I, located near the Pothgul Vehera in Polonnaruwa is a stone sculpture dating back to the Polonnaruwa period of ancient Sri Lanka.
- Ever come so close to an animal, that you felt its warm and intimidating vibe at the same time? Well, here’s your chance.
Day 4
- Sigiriya is a world heritage site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of granite approximately 180 m (590 ft) high. On a small plateau about halfway up the side of this rock, the gateway was built in the form of an enormous lion. The name of this place is derived from this structure; Siṃhagiri, the Lion Rock.
- Preserving the taste, aroma and quality of local spices, providing a comprehensive knowledge of spices and products for local and foreign tourists the Matale Central Research Center and providing a live experience of Sri Lankan spices.
- The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, which houses the relic of the tooth of the Buddha. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country.
- Kandyan dance incorporates various dance forms popular and native to the area called Kandy of the Central Hills region in Sri Lanka. You have chance to witness it.
Day 5
- Labookellie Tea Centre is located in a scenic natural setting over 2000 m above sea level. Visitors can take a tour around the factory to learn about the tea making process and even purchase a wide variety of flavored tea.
- Nuwara Eliya, called Little England, was a hill country retreat where the British colonialists could immerse themselves in their pastimes such as fox hunting, deer hunting, elephant hunting, polo, golf and cricket.
- The city is overlooked by Pidurutalagala, the tallest mountain in Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya is known for its temperate, cool climate – the coolest area in Sri Lanka
- You can witness the beauty of Nuwara Eliya city during the city tour by observing Victoria Park, Golf Club, Post Office, Bale Bazaar, Adma Agro Strawberry Farm Shop and get the experience of Gregory Lake Boat Ride.
Day 6
- Ravana Falls is a popular sightseeing attraction in Uva province of Sri Lanka. It currently ranks as one of the widest falls in the country.
- Ella area has a rich bio-diversity, dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. Ella is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. The town has a cooler climate than surrounding lowlands, due to its elevation.
- Sri Lanka is leopard country, and they are the Lords of the Jungle! With a leopard density that’s higher than anywhere else on this planet, these menacing predators prowl majestically in Yala, while elephants roam in their numbers with cautious deer scampering by their side.
Day 7
- Galle Fort in the Bay of Galle on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese. It is a historical, archaeological and architectural heritage monument in Sri Lanka.
- Peraliya Tsunami Memorial is situated in the coastal Peraliya village close to the Hikkaduwa town. It is built in a small island in the middle of a pond located close to the railway track which was affected by the Tsunami tragedy in 2004.
- World famous Madu River is one of the natures fascinating creations off South West coast in Sri Lanka
- Bentota is a famous coastal resort town in the south-west portion of Sri Lanka. The beach is a long strip of golden sands that lies like a secluded beach island with lush vegetation flanked by turquoise ocean water from either side
Day 8
- Ambalama Leisure Launch at Hanwella, is an eco-friendly boutique hotel cum rest pavilion that epitomizes the serene essence of Sri Lankan culture.
Day 9
- After having the breakfast at Ambalama Leisure Lounge, you can proceed to Bandaranayake International Airport and Bon Voyage Sri Lanka
